Yes, I received my order and I am very pleased with the quality of the announcements. I am especially pleased with your company's customer service. First, your staff noticed a typo in the spelling of the location - which they called to notify me of. After giving them what I thought was the correct spelling, I noticed that I had made yet another spelling error. I called on a Saturday and left a message, hoping that it wasn't too late. That Thursday the announcements arrived with the correct spelling. Thank you very much for such quality service. Good afternoon, My daughter graduates in three weeks. When we received her announcements from the firm chosen by her high school, there were no name cards, which made the announcements positively useless. I called the company and was told that they couldn't guarantee delivery by the graduation date. I asked why, and was simply told, "sorry." Just "sorry."
That's when I got online and found your company. Knowing that the color of stock would most likely not match, I placed an order for name cards in one of her school colors, which complements the stock of the announcement. The name cards arrived today (a day before originally expected), and they look beautiful.
