Adding a photograph to your invitation, announcement or card is a great way to further personalize. Show family and friends your new baby, or share photos of your parents from when they were first married and now when they are celebrating a milestone anniversary. What better way to stay in touch, than to send photos on your holiday cards or a photo on your son's or daughter's graduation announcements. Or even share the big news about your upcoming wedding with a picture of you and your fiancé on your save the date announcements!
Digital Camera Images:
- We cannot use small web images, you should send us images directly off of your digital camera
- Try to get us images that are at least 17 x 22 inches size at 72 dpi
- Don't edit the images, or crop them, we'll do that if you need us to
- Please be sure to specify your cropping requests in the "Comments" section of your order form
- Save them as .jpg files with the highest quality possible setting
- If you're sending photos taken by a professional photographer, we MUST have their signed permission
- Now, send your image(s) to us via email at photos@Graduation-Announcements-Store.com. Include your order number in the subject line.
Scanned Images:
- IMPORTANT - Scan your prints at 400 dpi, scaled at 100%. Most scanners are set at a default 150 dpi. Make sure to change your scanner settings to 400 dpi.
- Don't edit the images, or crop them, we'll do that if you need us to
- Please be sure to specify your cropping requests in the "Comments" section of your order form
- Save them as .jpg files with the highest quality possible setting
- If you're sending photos taken by a professional photographer, we MUST have their signed permission
- Now, send your image(s) to us via email at photos@Graduation-Announcements-Store.com. Include your order number in the subject line.
Mail Us Your Printed Photos:
- Try to send your photos at 3 x 5 inches in size or larger, but not larger than 8 x 10
- If you're sending photos taken by a professional photographer, we MUST have their signed permission
- If multiple photos are sent to us, please specify the placement of each photo
- Please write your order number on the back of each photo(s). We suggest pressing lightly when writing or attaching post-its on the back if available as the pen impression sometimes shows on the front of the photo when scanned.
- Write 'DO NOT BEND' on the envelope and mail to:
